Drugstore Products I Purchased While in Chicago.

Feels good to be finally hope again!! I picked up a few things while I was in Chicago. I hadn't flown in a while so when I was packing for my trip I chose just a few beauty products (especially liquids) because I only wanted to bring a carry-on bag and a large purse. A few things I ended up purchasing from CVS and Walgreen's:

Rimmel London BB Cream 9 in 1 Skin Perfecting Super Makeup in Fair: It was very hot and humid, and I only brought a thick cream foundation from Kett Cosmetics because it was in a small pot. This wasn't working well for me because of the warm weather. This specific BB cream has been on my shopping list for a while after watching several YouTube videos, and it's a great size for travel so I knew I had to pick it up when I saw it. It's a great product for when you don't really want to wear a lot of makeup but want some coverage and sun protection (SPF 25).

Neutrogena Makeup Remover Wipes: I only brought a couple of my Olay cleansing cloths, so I ended up needing wipes as well since I only use the cloths while I'm showering. Plus, I did buy a few more makeup items that I swatched on my arm and played around with so the wipes ended up coming in handy.

Wet 'n Wild lippies: I've been trying to find a couple of nude colored matte lip products, but my local drugstores always seem to be out of those colors. So I couldn't pass up these 2 fun finds: Velvet Matte Lip Crayon in Hickory Smoked as well as a MegaLast Lipstick in Bare It All. I will have a separate post reviewing the 2 lip products.

e.l.f. Blush Palette in Dark: This was one product I didn't have to have, but it has also been on my shopping list for a while...again, YouTube inspired. I've been trying to hold back on making an on-line purchase because I become easily tempted to just keep adding more products to my basket, and I also haven't been able to find this specific color palette at my local drugstores. So when I saw it, I snatched it since it was right there in front of my face lol. The colors are beautiful and highly pigmented. I can't wait to play around with them.
